Hot on the heels of continuing rapid sales at the iconic Sitari Country Estate near Somerset West is the launch of the latest offering there, 33 premium apartments in phase 1 of Meadow Lane.

Phase one’s 33 premium apartments are priced as follows: two bedrooms, one bathroom and two parking bays from R1.745 million, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking bays from R1.895 million, and three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking bays from R2.395 million.
