“Our launch prices for phase 5 are from R3.13 million for a three bedroom, two bathroom home with double garage, and R3.7 million for a four bedroom home. All prices include VAT, with no transfer duty payable. The homes are developed on a turnkey basis with registration on completion, which means the purchaser only pays on completion.”
He says a 5% deposit secures your home.
