KwaZulu-Natal's fast developing North Coast is being primed for a new business development park, with key eco-conscious features - in close proximity to some of the area’s most highly sought after residential estates.
North Point Ballito is a 76 hectare, multi-faceted secure commercial and industrial park, situated alongside the N2 highway that is currently under construction.
Seeff Ballito says this development comprises 51 fully serviced platformed sites, set within secure landscaped surrounds and is accessed directly from the R102 near Shaka’s Head, Ballito.
