Buh-Rein Estate will be the home of an open day held by Multi Spectrum Property (MSP) on 9 October, where new show houses and apartments in five of its developments will be open for viewing.
“We aim to simplify the entire process of buying property, to help more and more people enter the property market,” says Riaan Roos, the Multi Spectrum Property CEO.
“MSP covers all the services that anyone buying property needs – so whether you need finance, to rent, to buy for investment or to live, we have the solutions right at hand in our stable of offerings,” says Roos.
“In the case of all the developments in Buh-Rein Estate, the prices include all costs - in other words the VAT (transfer duty) and the transfer and bond registration costs. Even better, no deposit is required. We mean what we say when we say we are set on simplifying the whole process.”
The five developments where show houses will be on view are Seville, Bortoli Villas, Sable Ridge, Langley Hills and Chandelle. The open day starts at 14h00 and ends at 18h00. Potential buyers will meet the MSP agents at the sales office situated next to the sports field in Buh-Rein Drive.
“The developments on show give a good overview of various options for sale in Buh-Rein Estate, two of them being apartments, two duplexes and the remaining one a freestanding townhouse,” says Roos.
Chandelle offers 147 two bedroom, one bathroom units in seven blocks of three floors apiece, priced from R739 900. It is bordered by green open space, the multi-purpose sports field and community lifestyle centre.
Roos says these apartments include kitchens with granite countertops, built-in cupboards in all bedrooms, a full bathroom, balcony with built-in braai and access control. Certain ground floor units include an exclusive-use garden area.
Langley Hills is in a mature part of Buh-Rein Estate, and is one of the last apartment developments within Phase 1. It comprises 60 apartments with two apartment options, a 65sqm unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a 70sqm unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, main en suite.
Roos says these apartments offer spacious kitchen layouts, tiling throughout, built-in cupboards and a patio with built-in braai. Langley Hills borders two individual open spaces, or ‘parks’, with play structures and jogging trails. Units are priced from R899 900.
Sable Ridge is an intimate residential development within Buh-Rein Estate with 53 duplex units each built on its own erf, made up of three types - from 142sqm units with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, study, paved porch, kitchen, lounge, indoor braai, dining area and single garage to a 172sqm three bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom, study, paved porch, kitchen, lounge, indoor braai, dining area and double garage unit.
It includes a landscaped private open space with play equipment for children, and prices start from R1.549 million.
Seville consists of only 31 luxurious single residential townhouses. Each spacious townhouse has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a separate scullery and one or two garages, plus your own private garden.
Roos says a built-in braai and patio area give them that "truly South African homely feel". Seville is just around the corner from the Lifestyle Centre, which includes a swimming pool and kiddies’ play area, with a restaurant and snack bar set to open soon. Only three homes are still available, priced from R1.399 million.
Bortoli Villas consists of 65 duplex townhouses, each offering three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage. Access is via cell-to-gate and a 24-hour manned security boom. There are currently only two homes still available with prices starting from R1.459 million.
Roos says there are around 3 000 people already living in Buh-Rein Estate, with 1 758 of the total of 3 299 properties still to be completed.
“This estate has it all - great pricing and a central location,” he says.
“Residents don’t need to leave as the estate offers all the necessary amenities such as a conference centre, rugby field, outside gym with Bootcamp and Tag Rugby every Thursday, excellent security, broadband internet, and a planned Checkers shopping centre.”
Public transport services to and from the estate include Golden Arrow bus service as well as a private shuttle service by HG Travel.
“Bok Radio will be doing an outside broadcast from the sales office from 14:00 to 18:00 at the Open Day, and the famous Buh-Rein lion couple will be on site to entertain the children,” says Roos.
