A number of vacant stands in Montana will be auctioned off in December.
The properties are located in the rapidly developing business node of Montana Gardens, close to the Zambezi off-ramp, just off the N1 highway. Surrounding properties comprise showrooms and residential developments with some vacant land available for residential or commercial use.
Portion 212 (23,635sqm) is located on the corner of Avocet Avenue and Zambezi Drive, with excellent exposure to this busy road, and borders the Zambezi Country Estate.

A further two stands of 646sqm and 642sqm are located within the boomed off Montana Tuine and are residential stands on John Holland Street.
