Montana development stands on auction

A number of vacant stands in Montana will be auctioned off in December.

Portion 212 (23,635sqm) is located on the corner of Avocet Avenue and Zambezi Drive.

The properties are located in the rapidly developing business node of Montana Gardens, close to the Zambezi off-ramp, just off the N1 highway. Surrounding properties comprise showrooms and residential developments with some vacant land available for residential or commercial use.

Portion 212 (23,635sqm) is located on the corner of Avocet Avenue and Zambezi Drive, with excellent exposure to this busy road, and borders the Zambezi Country Estate.

Portions 209 (19,373sqm) and 211 (42,704sqm) are located in Breed Street, opposite a light industrial node, with the Zambezi Junction shopping centre across the road. A new showroom development called Zambezi Auto has been completed on the southern boundary of Portion 211 and faces onto Zambezi Drive.

Erf 48 is located at 321 Louis Rive Street in a secure complex and offers 1,556sqm on a corner stand with exposure onto Zambezi Drive.

Also up for auction in December are a number of properties in  the secure complex Montana Tuine, Montana. A further two stands of 646sqm and 642sqm are located within the boomed off Montana Tuine and are residential stands on John Holland Street.
