KZN project targets first-timers

11 Dec 2008
A new development in Pietermaritzburg is targeting first-time buyers as its primary market.

Situated on the outskirts of the Panorama Gardens, The Ridge is within easy access of all major amenities as well a number of fine schools. The development, which is being built by Cornerstone Projects, already has a show house and the basic infrastructure is being put in place.

Each home will feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen and have wooden windows and moulded cornices. Parking is ample and the entire complex will be access controlled. Floor sizes vary between 70sq m and 100sq m with prices starting at R485k, and residents have a variety of designs from which to choose.

No transfer duties will be charged and the first 10 buyers will receive a R1,500 electrical appliances voucher.
