Kya Sands business park gets tenants

01 Dec 2009
Several development sites in Investec Property's Cosmo Business Park in the Kya Sands industrial node have been taken up by commercial companies.

The 40ha business park offers stands from 2,000sqm and interest is starting to gain momentum, says David Rosmarin of Investec Property, the developer of the property.

Among the companies are Giantlight, a manufacturer of energy-efficient lighting systems, IRP and Dale Spiral Systems & Bakery Automation.

He says the stands are suitable for storerooms and distribution and manufacturing businesses. – Sake24
