The Institute of Estate Agents, Western Cape will host a property law update information session on Wednesday 13 March 2013.

The Institute of Estate Agents, Western Cape will host a property law update information session on Wednesday 13 March 2013 at the Yacht Club in Langebaan, from 9:30am to 11:30am.

The session will be held at the Yacht Club in Langebaan, from 9:30am to 11:30am and Annette Evans, PropStats manager for the Institute, says it is designed to give agents on the West Coast an opportunity to bring their legal, financial and qualification queries to be answered or discussed and to give them a chance to network with other property professionals in the area.

The speakers include Grant Butler from Copestone Financial Solutions, who will cover bond origination and why it is important; Tim Lewis from Currencies Direct, who will talk about foreign exchange matters; Ismaiel Mohamed from Marlon Shevelew and Associates, who will discuss rental arrear collections and dealing with defaulting tenants; and Mary-Jane Lefevre from Rodel, who will talk about bridging finance options.

The cost of this information morning will be R60 for non-members and R30 for members.
