Sitari Country Estate, set to become a trailblazing R4 billion new suburb in the Helderberg basin, was officially launched at an event held at Waterkloof Estate on 31 July.
The new estate is set between the N2 and the R102, and neighbours on Croyden Olive Estate. Uvest Property Group are the property developers and the launch sees the first phase of sales opening.
John Coetzee, one of the Executive Directors of Uvest, says they have been planning various aspects of the development for over three years and since 1 August have been selling at an average rate of two to three properties a day.
He says would-be buyers will be able to view a large-scale estate model at the on-site sales centre and can choose from country stands, village homes or luxury apartments.
"We have just released country stands as well as our first sectional title apartment complex, The Grand Olive, to the public,” says Coetzee. The country stands are ideal for larger families, with the freedom to choose your own architect and builder from an accredited panel and are priced from R530 000 to R987 000.
The Grand Olive luxury apartment complex will consist of 69 units, which range from large studios of 53 square metres to two bedroom, two bathroom apartments of 83 square metres and three bedroom, two bathroom units of 122 square metres.
All apartments feature top-of-the-range fittings and finishes which include porcelain-tiled kitchen, dining and lounge areas and carpeted bedrooms; oven, hob and extractors by German appliance specialist Miele; grand bathrooms with walk-in showers, wall-hung toilets with Geberit systems; and taps by Grohe.
“We have spent many months planning The Grand Olive and purposefully chose to offer buyers a product that is as unique as its setting. Sitari Country Estate is set on 192 hectares and is one of the last private access-controlled estates that will be built in the Western Cape.
