The new phase marks a switch-up in the development of Greenville, which was launched by Garden Cities, the Cape’s oldest and largest residential developer, in 2016, and where up to now, 1 583 Breaking New Ground (BNG) homes have been occupied by families that qualify for full home subsidies.
