Exclusive new Middelburg development

15 Apr 2014

A fully completed, exclusive new sectional title development comprising just six units is attracting considerable interest in the town of Middelburg in Mpumalanga province.

This is according to Pam Golding Properties’ area principal, Elisme Swart, who says the residential property market in Middelburg remains active with a good demand, particularly as the town is seeing an influx of younger families and middle class professionals which has resulted in a shortage of property available in their price category.

“The mining sector has always proven a draw-card for the majority of people moving to the area, with more mines opening and increased activity attracting new employees. Middelburg is perceived as a clean town with good schools and service delivery, which enhances its appeal for those looking to relocate,” she says.

Swart says the new development, La Saulette, will help cater for the strong demand for such accommodation among the career-minded, higher income earner or family. “With reputedly the most millionaires per capita in South Africa as well as a burgeoning middle class, Middelburg also enjoys a good demand for secure, quality sectional title living such as this, which is currently in short supply."

She says an added advantage is that the units are fully completed and ready for the new owners to move into, their show days are already attracting considerable interest among qualified buyers with access to funds and/or credit.

Situated in Groenkol, just five minutes from the Middelburg mall and the closest school and about 500m from the main road which is just off the N4, this development is ideally positioned in a great location, says Swart. "Close to all amenities, the architecturally designed complex is ideal for the convenient, modern lifestyle."

She says it is also competitively priced, particularly given the high quality finishes, while exposed windows marry the interior of the unit with an appealing exterior landscape.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite) plus guest bathroom, airy open plan living areas, indoor braai area, well designed kitchen and double garage, there are four 242 square metre units priced at R2.37 million and two 246 square metre units priced at R2.69 million. VAT is included in the price and there are no transfer costs. The grounds are spacious with the entire complex fully walled with electric fencing and automated access. Pets (two small dogs) are also permitted.
