Although still in the early stages of 2015, it is a good year for Engel & Völkers, with the signing of the Sandton Licence, JHB Commercial, The Parks and now the Bloubergstrand licence.

Krumm says being from a German background, he recognised traits in the Engel & Völkers brand which he can relate to. Some of these include a focus on systems, integrity and professionalism.
“I have the same precision attributes in my character that E&V has, and I aim to run my business that way too.”
Bloubergstrand is situated on the Blaauwberg Coast, about a 20 minute drive from the Cape Town City Centre, and about 30 minutes from Cape Town's Airport.
It is primarily a residential suburb and attracts large numbers of visitors, both local and international. Much of Bloubergstrands' attraction lies in its white sandy beaches, from which the view of Table Mountain and the city of Cape Town is quite spectacular.
Apart from the beaches and spectacular views, Bloubergstrand offers their visitors a number of attractions and activities. Its close proximity to the City Centre also makes it a convenient base when visiting the Cape.
Charl says as a practising conveyancer, it was a natural decision to marry the two industries. “We have access to real estate agents from all brands and have developed an affinity towards E&V. So when I picked up the National Guide to Real Estate magazine, and enquired about buying the Bloubergstrand licence, I knew I could not have made a better choice.”
Craig Hutchison, CEO of Engel & Völkers Southern Africa, says Charl’s passion for brand integrity as well as his goal of offering high end professional service is what will make his licence a success, especially in the Western Cape.

The Bloubergstrand licence includes the suburbs of Blouberg, Bloubergstrand, Big Bay, West Beach, Melkbosstrand, Sunningdale, Table View, Parklands, Atlantic Beach Estate, Van Riebeeckstrand, Duynefontein, Flamingo Vlei, Blouberg Sands, Bloubergrant, Sunridge and West Riding.
