Dbn office project soon completed

24 Oct 2008
Construction on a new office development in Durban's Westville will be completed by the end of this month.

6 on NELSON is located in the heart of the established Essex Terrace office node in Westville, one of the first decentralised office areas to be developed in Durban. This area has historically enjoyed one of the highest occupancy rates in the country, auguring well for long term property values.

The macro centrality of the node was recently reinforced by the development of WestWood Shopping Centre, Durban's third regional shopping centre.

OUTsurance, with an 80% occupancy of the building, have signed a 5-year lease with a capital value of R5m.

The developers have adhered to zoning regulations that requires the building to have a domestic look and feel.
