CT property show held from 5-7 Sept

02 Sep 2008
Role players from the property industry will come together from 5 to 7 September for a property show held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

"Albeit the negativity around the industry over the last year, the 2008 Property Show will be getting approximately 5,000 visitors this year. Another interesting development is the influx of international exhibitors this year," says coordinator Nigel Tebbutt from Impact Exhibitions.

The CTICC will be transformed into a 2,356sq m exhibition to showcase not only what South Africa has to offer but also internationally. The show will be boasting 45 exhibitors of which almost half are new. International participation includes exhibitors from Dubai, Cyprus, Australia/New Zealand, USA, and the UK.

The show aims to attract property developers, home owners, estate agents, property owners and prospecting investors to its 100 stand showcase.

"Visitors come to the show to see the latest developments, find out about investments and the market generally," Tebbut says.

The show will run from 10:00 to 17:00 daily and entrance is charged at R50 per person.
