Burgundy Estate is itself a 187-hectare self-contained suburb. Burgundy Estate will include over 5,800 residential units and over 14,000 residents on completion in 2009. The estate will contain schools, shopping centres, medical facilities, churches, open recreational spaces and state-of-the art security.
Dave Jennens, developments manager of Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty Blouberg, says that residents of Chambertin will enjoy the advantages of Burgundy Estate, combined with a more intimate sense of community.
Chambertin units are priced from R1,013m to R1,65m and will be available in two or three-bedroomed units, ranging from 88 to 175sq m. Each unit will have underfloor heating, DSTV, ADSL ports and landscaped gardens.
