The AVA Digital Awards is an international competition that recognises outstanding work by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of media that is part of the evolution of digital communication.
The brand was awarded a Platinum Award from the 2013 AVA Digital Awards competition.

The awards honoured CENTURY 21® Real Estate as a Platinum Winner in the Digital Marketing/Social Campaign category for its SimCity Social Facebook activation.
The campaign provided in-game value to players by offering them the opportunity to build a CENTURY 21 Office building and earn virtual currency, helping them grow their cities by buying new homes, businesses and land.

With approximately 2 000 entries in this year’s competition, the AVA Platinum Award is the top honour awarded to companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. Platinum Winners are recognised for their excellence in terms of quality, creativity and resourcefulness and only 14 percent of entries are so honoured.
