Often described as one of Cape Town’s best-kept secrets, the coastal suburb of Noordhoek is also one of the fastest growing areas in South Africa.

While it is known for its strong sense of community and laidback lifestyle, Noordhoek is also recognised as one of the most popular suburbs for high-net-worth buyers. According to the World Wealth report 2018, Noordhoek has shown considerable square metre price growth in the past ten years, attracting buyers with net assets of US$10 million or more.
