A shopping centre in Bronkhorstspruit will fall under the hammer on 22 March at a multi-property auction being held at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton.
Levin’s Plaza is situated in the in the small farming town of Bronkhorstspruit, which lies about 90km from Pretoria and 120km from Johannesburg.
The property is in the Bronkhorstspruit CBD on Lanham Street, a main access road to the town, which is characterised by ribbon-type business developments typical of rural CBDs including filling stations, line shops and motor showrooms.
Lying adjacent to the plaza is a similar centre with national outlets as anchor tenants. Both centres are similar in design and have a demarcated parking lot between the two buildings offering free shared parking. The centre consists of 14 line shops, with KFC as the anchor tenant and is adjacent to a busy Shoprite store.
The property is well maintained with average to good finishes and no visible defects. The GLA is 1,214sqm with the total site area measuring 1,931sqm.
Also on auction is an income-generating retail warehouse in Rustenburg situated in the industrial node, within close proximity to a number of amenities and large businesses including Metro, S.A.B. and Holcim. The current monthly rent is -+R167 000 and the GLA measures 5,256sqm.
