Apartments from R1.85m in Cape Town’s Zonnebloem nearly sold out

21 Feb 2018

Construction is on schedule at Asrin Property Developers’ Chapel Towers development in Cape Town’s Zonnebloem, with anticipated completion expected by the end of 2019.

This is according to Shiraz Onia, Asrin’s construction director, who says most of the units were sold prior to the official launch, as demand in this area is high.

“Don’t miss this opportunity to live in the city, with easy access to all major highways and landmarks such as Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, UCT Cape Technikon and Cape Town International Airport to name a few,” says Onia.

There are still a few apartments for sale at prices ranging from R1.85 million to R2.9 million.

Onia says all the units will have superior finishes and fittings, with engineered stone kitchen countertops, SMEG appliances, porcelain tiles and Grohe (or similar) bathroom fittings. Units will be light filled and will all benefit from either views of Table Mountain, recently named one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the city or harbour.

Chapel Towers will have a lifestyle deck on the roof with a swimming pool, gym, and braai facilities.

In addition, the building will have full access control, a concierge and two levels of secure underground parking.

Sited just between the historical District Six area and the Foreshore, Onia says residents at Chapel Towers will be able to enjoy a culture-rich environment with a glut of restaurants, bistros, coffee shops and retail centres nearby.

“This development is suited to many different buyers, whether you are a first-time home buyer, a young professional, retired and looking to downscale or a buy-to-let investor, this development ticks all the right boxes,” says Onia.
