Agency takes on South Peninsula

11 Mar 2010
A Cape Town estate agency has made good on its 2009 promise to serve the entire Cape Peninsula after recently opening a Fish Hoek office.

This week, the CEO Mike Greeff, announced that his company had opened an office in a high profile position, close to the entrance to the Long Beach Mall and just off the north-south Ou Kaapse Weg highway.

The new branch employs six agents in all and covers a large territory including Simonstown, Glencairn, Fish Hoek, Noordhoek, Muizenberg, Noordsig and Capri.

“In all these areas, there has recently been an upswing in sales activity and prices have started to stabilise. It is gratifying to know that we are getting in on the ground floor at a time when the industry has been through quite a shake-out. With newly qualified (FETC Real Estate) staff we are now ready to make a service difference in the area,” says Greeff.
