KG Mall in eMalahleni to open 27 Mar

The 19 500 square metres centre has been developed by the Moolman Group, Shoprite Checkers and Falcon and is fully let prior to opening.

The launch weekend will be jam packed with activities for the whole family. Entertainment will be laid on for the kiddies, there will be R30 000 worth of meat vouchers in giveaways, retailers will be offering all kinds of opening specials, and just to send the message loud and clear that there is something special going on, 2 000 balloons will be released.

It is anchored by a Shoprite supermarket and features a well-balanced combination of national and local retailers. Fashion stores include Ackermans, Exact, Truworths, Identity, Edgars Active, Fashion World, Jet, Legit, Markhams, Total Sports, Mr Price, Rand Outfitters, Pep, Studio 88, John Craig and Skipper Bar. Capitec, Nedbank and Standard Bank all have banking facilities in the centre.

National retailers offering everything from furniture to home goodies include Cashbuild, OK Furniture, Autozone, Beares, Ellerines, Lewis and Fair Price. Adding to the services available o shoppers are a Vodacom store, a doctor, dentist and optometrist. The Shoprite will also feature a Shoprite Liquor outlet. Eateries include Galito’s, Debonairs, Fishaways, Steers, Pie City and a KFC drive-through.

The mall will open on Thursday at 8am to 8pm, and until 7pm on Friday, on Saturday it will open at 8am and close at 7pm and on Sunday until 5pm.

Its normal trading hours are 9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturday, 9am to 3pm on Sunday and public holidays between 9am and 4pm.
