The scheme, Kylemore, is made up of in excess of 80 luxurious apartments and is Intersect's second management contract within the Marina.

The V&A Marina is made up of 17 individual sectional title schemes and is situated at the entrance to the world famous Cape Town Waterfront precinct.
Kylemore, situated between the buildings, Juliette and Lawhill, spans three buildings and has magnificent views over the Table Bay harbour, Signal Hill and Table Mountain and overlooks the prestigious One and Only Hotel.
