The workshop is being held at the Institute of Estate Agents, Western Cape, training centre at Howard Studios in Sheldon Way, Pinelands.

The workshop is being held at the Institute of Estate Agents, Western Cape, training centre at Howard Studios in Sheldon Way, Pinelands.

Mike Addison, who specialises in sectional title insurance matters, will be speaking, highlighting the important aspects of insurance in sectional title schemes.

This is according to Michael Bauer, general manager of IHFM, who says there will be a general question and answer session after the talk and this would be particularly beneficial for trustees who are new to their roles in managing a sectional title scheme.

Anyone who has problems they need advice on, can ask about these on the evening and a panel of sectional title specialists will endeavour to answer the questions or steer the trustees in the right direction, he says.

IHFM run these free workshops monthly in Cape Town, quarterly in Gauteng and frequently in Durban. For further information, subscribe to their newsletter on www.ihfm.co.za.

To book a space, contact Rene on 021 427 1600 or via email (seats are limited.)
